The standard library ncurses package is a wrapper for the standard unix ncurses library for manipulating terminal displays with addressable cursors.
This is currently nonfunctional code early in the development cycle.
The ncurses package implements the Ncurses api.
The ncurses package source code is in src/lib/std/src/ncurses.pkg.
